Currently having a dilemma between Supersolid and prism monitor. Even though both are local brands and using the same panel. So far in my opinion neither are inferior nor superior so what do you guys think?

Personally i get the supersolid during 11/11 that time during the flash sale, apply discount etc get it at 340+ (that time at flash sale is 399 can get more discount if u collect all the voucher) definitely cheaper than prism and it 1500R which is the same as prism more expensive model. Only their 1800R price is similar to the supersolid. Both brand monitor seem to be the same. The back of supersolid monitor can put one headset good if u dont intend to mount it on the wall. So far so good no issue with the supersolid monitor :)

Woah $399 for a 34inch, too bad i already missed it and probably won't get such a good deal on the upcoming 12.12 sale.

Was about to get PRISM+ but saw this thread so did a bit of research.

End up went for Supersolid 34" on Lazada flash sale. $399 before coupons.

My friend posted on facebook few days ago, after 11 months, screen broke for no reason. Warranty does not cover, have to pay almost $200 for repair.

Yup. Once you get used to an IPS panel, it is hard to go back.

I bought it because my very old samsung 21.5" may break anytime, and a patch of pixels are brighter than the rest. Not really particular about the color, but do hope it don't break down so fast.

Any idea why is it not covered if it's not physical damage?

Customer service replied to him that it is a cracked screen. But he didn't not physically abused the screen, it just suddenly. Hence, they say warranty does not cover cracked screen.
