evq whats yr surface lot number :O? hows the light bleed at the bottom of the screen?

Lot 1729, i7 256 model.
Slight bleeding, not noticeable unless u keep looking for it. Surprising. I can accept.

I bought another i5 256 for a frd. Have not open it yet. Also lot 1729.

Looking for a leather or pvc protective sleeve, skins (preferbably not DIY), screen protector, etc.

For skin, u can try decalgirl. They make pretty good quality skins.
Dbrand also, but they currently don't have skin made specifically for new SP, they claim their existing sp4 not compatible. However, decalgirl apparently sells the same skin for both sp4 and new SP. Weird.

Cos fr what I know, both has the exact same dimensions.

The pull of the Surface is its versatility, its laptop-like functionality, and the pen. Haha I think as a tablet, iOS and Android are far better choices..? Haha

Agreed. The only time I took out the kb is when I was using the pen or using it to watch YouTube.

Occasionally I need the Microsoft office, iTunes, do a little web design. I guess I am ok because I have a Logitech keyboard which I use for typing. I think pen quite good to take notes

Can try Wordpress or wix.com. Actually I prefer wix.com because you pay more but simpler to use. Wordpress has more flexibility

Just received a reply from decalgirl, their skins is compatible with both sp4 and the new SP. So I don't understand why dbrand claims not compatible for their skins.
