not sure how we can buy it as consumers.

If u like to write persona 'notes' on ur pdf file, yes, get it.
If u just highlight the words, then dont get it.

This is the reason I didn't get surface pro in the end but a normal slim laptop

Bought the i7 8GB with Keyboard , pen and additional year of warranty at 2.8k.

Ordered a surface dock from Amazon at discounted rate.

It's performing well except that the battery is not able to last 1 day in the office. Approx 5~6 hours.

Just brought the Surface Pro 4 M3 version, think microsoft is clearing the old stock, price is $699, I think is value for money, anyone like it think it time to buy, haha
