I am hesitant about accepting suss offer because of the compulsory OBS camp..

hahahahah they no longer have the OBS one le, i went for the exploration day thingy and they mentioned there are 3 sessions, 2 in singapore and 1 in indonesia! i asked the presenter and he mentioned that they changed everything, it’s no longer OBS!

Omg issit? Have to go indonesia?! Go indonesia do what sia. Then wouldnt all the sessions add up to be longer than the original 3d2n at OBS? I dont wanna go even more now!

er you can pick one out of the 3!! the indonesia one is from 22 july to 26 july! i dk also i asked and they quite secretive.... hahahah yup same ah i also hesitating :/ but i did accept the marketing offer first while waiting for SMU hahahahah

Hii, I appealed, went for interview and got offered Accountancy.

Basically, the interview has four stages.

1) Written Essay
- So I would say for this, really read through the link(s) they sent you and summarize the points. And apart from the links they sent, make further researches to back up your essay.

2) Cognitive Test
- There's 50 MCQ questions, it's not that hard (at least for me). Heard from other people in this forum that it's not neccessary to complete all questions within the time limit (I left 1 question). But accuracy is the key! So try to read fast and answer correctly and quickly if possible I would say!

3) Group Interview
- The question your group (8-10 ppl approx) will be discussing, is about the article SUSS sent you. So like i said, make extensive research so you will have things to add on to what others say. Tip is just try to speak up wherever possible with valid points of course, and listen attentively when others are talking! Body language is very important.

4) Solo Interview
- Prepare beforehand on potential questions the interviewer may ask; e.g. Why SUSS? Why Accountancy? Where do you see yourself in 5 years time? Tell me About Yourself? And most importantly, interviewer will ask you if you have any questions for him/her. Hence, it's important to prepare a couple of questions to ask him/her to indicate your interest in joining SUSS.

I did not receive any email as well when I accept in the JAE portal, however I did screenshot the page where they said my acceptance has been recorded. Just wait for the matriculation package to be mailed! I heard from others in this forum that they should be sending out the package from next week onwards.

No problem! Just helping one another out! If you are that worried, you could perhaps call the office to enquire about getting to know if you have been accepted or not~ Anyway which course did you got offered in?

I’m from a jc, didn’t mean the criteria though. From what I know, many of my friends were rejected in early April if we didn’t get >68 rp.
