Complete as in complete the payment too? I finished everything except payment since I’m using cpf. Or are we suppose to pay the miscellaneous fee?

Nope, I didn't have to complete payment to get my PI number. I got it as soon as I clicked "accept". However, it doesn't seem like there's much you can do with it without them sending you your email address, so my advice would be to wait it out.

Shouldn't be as high as NUS/NTU grads.. Maybe near the RMIT/UOL range?
