Hi, There is a difference btw unisim and sim global education. Unisim degree is conferred locally by SIM university while simge degree conferred by uol, rmit, etc. So simge would be recognised globally. So if u plan to work overseas, I guess taking a degree from simge would be better.

I don't think so.. More recognized locally.
Anyway guys. When in your curriculum do you go for the mandatory overseas exchange, work attachment, and social service project?

Overseas experience and work attachment: Year 3.
Social Service Project (Service Learning): Year 1 and 2 I think. This part I forgot, cause' it's been updated for our juniors.

Hey,
Realised uniSIM only offered its full time degree in 2014 with honours.
Grad with Banking and Finance Diploma with a gpa of 3.4. CCA wise, bronze.
Im torn between continuing the path and applying for Finance in uniSIM or going completely different route in SIT IT.
Any suggestion, because im not too sure how recognised uniSIM is..
1) Are there module exemptions?
2) uniSIM is currently recognised as a government university so does its degree significant weight as compared to the top 3 ?

No module exemptions.
As of right now no, of course the top 3 will always be better. However in the future it will grow exponentially. One thing you can be certain is that its 100% more recognized and teaching is of a better quality than DL degrees.

I went for interview on 22 Mar. cgpa 3.55
Really hard to gauge unless you know where you are in the list, but doubt unisim will reveal. But at least got more hope than those rejected after interview.
Hope all in the reserved list can get in, though a senior told me there are people in the reserved list not offered in the past. But pray for the best.
So ur interview results not out yet perhaps they asking you to give you and offer aft receiving ur full set results
Yup! My interview was on 18 Feb, CGPA 3.50
