Is work experience necessary for the application ?
I really want to enter this degree program

If he is GPA 4.0/4.0 from a local polytechnic, he is eligible for many other courses in NTU/NUS.

Of course I know local poly max is 4.0. So that is why I am wondering which course is he from...

And why choose SUSS if with local poly dip with 4.0

If local, probably a typo... otherwise, not local poly dip...

Of course, I might be wrong with my above assumptions
