ya,first batch taking this new modules.. because the old one (ucore) there for VERY LONG already.haha

and the problem is the new UCore are on weekdays, difficult to squeeze into schedule together with the main courses .. old UCore are mostly on saturday..

idk why they charging me as a SG citizen without govt subsidy.

15 CU for me costs 4.3k SGD

your 3k sgd is for how many CU (credit units)?

my modules almost 90% non-lab. cant be so ex.

i calculated w govt subsidy i shld be paying around $1,900 for 15 CU, instead of $4,300.

I never see the cu, click for fun see 3k i sian half, 4 modules and 3 of the ucore or dunno what but confirm is need less than 3k odd

I went yesterday. Now can start applying already. I used the first email.. the Provisional Offer one.
But be prepared to wait 2 hrs before being served.. i waited for 2hr plus yesterday..

With this, approximately how long will you take to clear this eventually? Below 3 years?

20cu is definitely heavy but it doesn't mean it's not possible. I'm currently working full time and have been taking 20cu for the past 4 semesters. This is what I've done for the past semesters:
Jan 2017 - 25cu (4 core modules + 2 2.5cu UCores)
Jul 2017 - 25cu (4 core modules + 1 5cu UCore)
Jan 2018 - 20cu (4 core modules)
Jul 2018 - 20cu (4 core modules)
I'm not the only one taking the full load while working full time.

so ultimately it depends on how much time you have, how much of this time are you willing to use for the program, and of course, how well you want to do.

Yes me too. I took 4 modules with one Ucore it cost me 7.4k. It’s crazy. I’m going to the office on Monday

Maximum 70CU? Wow. That’s some real **** there man.

i visited SUSS confessions page on facebook.

ppl there say u can do a maximum of 70 credits in 1 year.

so the fastest u can graduate with a basic degree from SUSS will be 2 years.

@divasion, u are right...a lot of ongoing saga regarding FIN / ACC / HR. the retaking rate for exams dam high with 200 to 300 students petitioning to the school's board




and i thought i was the only person having such problems. i clearly remember opting IN for govt subsidy when applying to SUSS.

no idea why my acceptance package shows me as ineligible for govt subsidy. it's the 1st local uni deg im taking too

Is anyone here taking a part time course that has major/minor?
I'm in Business w Psychology minor, and I can't seem to select any Psychology modules (such as Introduction to Psychology 1/2) for my first semester.

Does anyone know if there is a requirement to complete your major modules first before you can pick minor modules??
