There is a car servicing shop called hawk tayar at basement. They're opened everyday from 10am-10pm.

Carrefour supermarket cheaper than jusco le.
I find cheapest supermarket is Valumart over at Nusa Bestari.

Yes, they can, coz there'll be residents heading to/from CIQ as well. But that's still listed under the Shopping Bus category, right?
I believe that weekdays working crowds justify the service whereas the weekend does not. All in the name of $

Anyway, @Sausage , do take note of the last bus timing.

https://www.causewaylink.com.my/CBS_Bus_Timing_Final.pdf
I can't remember which is which, but between CW3S and CW4S one had a (much) longer journey going through residential estate/s pre-COVID, so you might want to trace the route from their website to check.

What I did then was to Grab to TF Value-Mart Nusa Bestari, continue shopping, had dinner, before taking the bus from there.

Causewaylink need not cater to the local residents who have other services like 111 and the P series of free buses that serve the area. Many drive anyway.

All the CW to 2nd link, once reach Malaysia side, just queue at the Bukit Indah queue. The CW staff in front will shout out where that bus is heading, when you heard Sutera Mall, board it. The bus will stop in front of the mall.
Coming back from there, same waiting at the front of the mall. Board when you see one stopping. Ask before you board.
Weekend is the busiest time, so stop service is like siao ah!!! :ROFLMAO:

Btw in Malaysia side, don't need to see the CW number, only when you clear Malaysia custom, coming back to SG, queue for the right CW bus to go to the destination you want in SG.

True to speak, I can't recall anything unique about Sutera Mall that the other malls do not have. Except the high-end Pekin Restaurant next to it.

Yes, that restaurant is good.
The attraction to Sutera mall is those restaurants, bubble tea, durain stall outside it. The mall is just an addition.
