maybe a bitcoin mining virus, since high gpu when idle...?

suggest checking its file path & location (eg. using process explorer), and also check up on any other suspicious startups & services (eg. using autoruns).

Highly likely is a bitcoin mine virus.
Right click the entry and go to file location, then screenshot for us to see.

i think so. u may also need to find & delete its startup entry (or any bad windows service?) using autoruns (filter out windows & microsoft entries 1st).

maybe also check if ur windows HOST file, dns server & proxy entries are unchanged just in case...

ps. u may also need to check for any outdated browser, browser plugin (java, flash etc), or internet-facing programs. since it may be how u were infected.

pps. for process explorer, is easier to list by company name. and also add column the process' image path.
