Sim no contract, looks like only device subscription have minimum term but to be expected for monthly repayment plans. I guess how it works is they allow you to break contract as early as month 6 if you prefer to try other options in the market.

Had a friend who worked in ST. She commented that for swops they don't actually give you new devices, so it's interesting this mvno dare say new device.

Their ad literally says new device every 6 months. If that is not misleading idk what is

Can I have more than one device subscription at the same time?

Yes. You can have up to two device subscriptions under your account, subject to terms and conditions. Each subscription is managed separately in the app, and approval depends on your eligibility and credit assessment.

Can I upgrade my device subscription before my contract ends?

Yes. You can upgrade to a new device via the app after completing at least 6 months of your current device subscription. Your device subscription will restart with a new 24-month contract.

Can I terminate my device subscription early?

Yes. You can request early termination anytime via the app. Please note that terminating your device subscription will also terminate your SIM plan, as both are tied to the same 24-month subscription. Early termination charges may apply if you are still within the minimum contract period. The applicable charges will be shown in the app when you request termination.

You are confusing mobile swop with swap mobile😂😂

o vs a big difference leh

one is singtel protection plan, one is starhub new MVNO
Nope I know this one is using starhub as the parent Telco. I'm saying that this kind of phone swapping plans usually let you swap phones but do not guarantee you a new phone. Else how do they even earn money?

device subscription is just a device leasing contract basically, you dont own the device after contract ends.
