My EDMW Bros, despite it’s a pocket watch, don’t give up.

This masterpiece still bears a remarkable resemblance to the vintage AP 5691 aka 35691 series (1960-1980)

So technically, you are not buying a plastic Swatch on a lanyard. You are acquiring a modern reinterpretation of Audemars Piguet’s historical pocket-watch heritage

BUYED.IT.NAO!!

And when people ask why you buying a Swatch passing off as AP, you say :

“Oh, I’m a nostalgic horological enthusiast with a deep appreciation for archival references, but also an avid follower of contemporary trends. The Royal Pop perfectly expresses my identity as a sophisticated collector and fashion forward tastemaker with acute market awareness. It was an obvious acquisition.”

There, instant rekspek! SES x 10
Can’t afford just admit . No need story telling la .

Do u think it is highly ironic?

These atas watches r suppose to be posh, quiet luxury, elite.

Yet they bring out all the low ses behaviour. Camp outside shop for hours/days, argue about queue number, accuse each other of cutting queue, quarrel with security, etc. none of these are remotely close to the atas symbolism of owning these watches

Wan to be associated with atas-ness but behave like gian peng fighting for McDonald hello kitty.

I saw the photos and didn't mind paying $200 for this to keep in pocket.

Then I saw the $500 price and noped out.
