Hi guys,

Swiber is selling bonds at 5.55% for 2.5 yrs. Worth to look at it?

The net profit margin from 2010 was from the range of 8% in 2010 to 4.8% in 2012. 2013 net profit margin rose to 5.8% ………………. Source Blooberg.
Blal bla bla

I can’t wait for coming Monday.
I go buy first.
Only my followers will get my hint. :p

IMHO, Swiber's balance sheet and overall credit profile is very poor

I would expect to get a much higher interest rate if I'm to lend money to this company.;)

Olam ones are longer term isn't it. Risk free rates probably not increasing too much in 2.5yrs compared to 5 or more yrs for Olam so the risk is higher there.
At 2.5yrs can hold till maturity, question is wether it will default.

I agree.

This is notwithstanding that they have secured a few rather big projects in recent years.
