bought it, tried it and it wouldnt fit into my Asus-HERO and refunded it.

problem was where the pump pipe fittings was hitting the VRM heat sinks.

Yes it will fit. But it must be at the front of the chassis only.

Front intake fans can accept 3x 120mm fan. That will give you 360mm.

But the thing is once you put it at the front you got to reverse the fan to push pull and exhaust it to the front. Giving you negative airflow in the chassis. It will be fine IF you intend to water cool the CPU.

Made a short visit to sls, n thoughts of water cooling become tempting again ... But after some research N thinking through i remember the reasons why I decided to go for air cooling - simplicity n hassle free.

Glad I din have time to hoot just now!

I just air cooling is still more suited to me.

You can just get the h220 instead, plenty enough for one graphic card and CPU.

If you have a good case + filters + positive air pressure + not on floor, you'll wonder where all the dust went. My Antec 920 rad has no speck of dust on it even after 4 months of use

Yes. Refunded. Also the paint job on the rad wasn't as I expected it to be. Slight knocks while fitting into your case would scrape of the paint.

The 540 has 2 140 intakes and 1 140 exhaust. If I add another 240 exhaust from the h220 then will I not have a negative pressure? If I reverse the fans in the push configuration I will create a positive pressure, but then I will be blowing hot air from the res into the case.

You can mount on top mah. Your top got 280mm clearence leh.

It may sound ridiculous but if you're worried get high cfm fan for intake and low cfm for exhaust. Intake cfm> exhaust cfm I think can positive pressure liao
