To apply your SwiftKey keyboard, navigate to Settings -> General -> Keyboards -> Keyboards (yes again) -> Add New Keyboard.

Here you'll find SwiftKey. Select it, tap on it under the Keyboards settings and select Allow Full Access so that the keyboard can work properly. Through Edit, you can move SwiftKey up the list to the top so that it can become your default keyboard.

Thanks :) but I moved SwiftKey to the top but it still doesn't become the default keyboard. When I launched any apps, the stock keyboard kept popping up. I had to manually changed to SwiftKey.

Guess I will have to feedback to the developer.

When press edit, delete the iPhone keyboard. If SwiftKey is first it will now be default.

Lots of functions and customisability lacking still on the iOS version.

Swipe left to backspace character was a feature i really liked but not in iOS version.

As well as the behaviour of space bar missing as well.

Maybe it's once again cause iOS is limiting what they can do, but the key thing is how it will memorise my typing pattern will make my life much easier.

Found this oddity:

The search button on swiftkey also act like space button. For example, type a typo i.e "halpy". I focus touch on the "l" area to delete it and type correct char. After that when i press search button it made a space instead of submitting it?

Isn't the Korean one just beta? It's not included in the list of languages.

My keyboard hung a few times today liao.
