Switch to Android issue

Hi all,

Seeking help/ advice on this: existing Iphone user and trying to switch over to Mi 11T.

When setting up the new Mi 11T, there is no prompt to 'Choose your old device'
Edit: I can select Iphone but there is no further prompt or response to proceed with the transfer of data.

I have downloaded the Switch To Android app on my Iphone.

But without the QR code generated from the new phone or any prompt, I can't 'link/ set up' both phones to transfer from and to.

Is there any way to resolve this?

Thanks, I was already following the above steps listed in the website.

I can see the options to select which type of device to transfer data from , and I can select IPHONE.

But for unknown reasons, there is no further prompt or QR code generated to allow both phones to link up and start the data transfer.
