Switching from android to iphone

Am considering getting the 9th gen iphone. Now i previously owned the 6+ so my itunes is set up and my MP3s & apps are still there. Contacts are probably damn outdated by now though.

Have some questions on migrating. My android contacts are backed up to gmail. Am i able to import these contacts from gmail to my iphone? And once im on iphone, instead of backing up my contacts to icloud, can i still back up to gmail?

On my android phone i use email app to access 3 accounts with yahoo mail, gmail & my office email. Anyway to import these settings to iphone or i must manually set up again?

I switched from Note 4 to iPhone 6 Plus. I have to say I love the 6 Plus. Although I have to loss all my previous SMS, WhatsApp chat, LINE chat and S Health features which iPhone doesn't have. I don't quite mind though.

Was on iPhone 4 and 5 then went to Note 3. After that went to iPhone 6+ but had some unfortunate issues with it so went to Note Edge. Now thinking of the 9th gen iPhone.

Hope the issues with my 6+ don't come back to haunt me.

Its also a great camera and i noticed that today when i printed out a photo and it came out beautiful

Both have pros and cons lah.

I like how on Android you can create folders on the phone to save your photos, MP3s, videos, etc. You can create folders on iPhone so either you have to create folders on DropBox, Google Drive or iCloud Drive and save your barang there, or if you want them on your phone then it will be one big mess i.e. all videos in one folder, all photos in one folder, etc.

I also like the back button on Android. Get used to it and its so hard to navigate the iPhone without it esp when browsing or on Facebook.

Apple is a pain when it comes to accepting apps on their store which is a good thing as you don't end up with poorly written crap that wrecks havoc with your phone.

Love how iTunes allows you to sort your MP3s. I have used 4 different media players on Android and none allow me to sort. I can sort by genre, artist, etc. But I can't sort within the category. For e.g. if I have 20 SNSD songs, I can't sort according to what I like. Its all in alpha order by song name. With iTunes I can sort anyway I like.

Love how long the iPhone 6+ battery lasted. Hated how long it took to charge though. Seems I should have bought an iPad charger instead. Weird!

Hated how the recent slew of iOS updates were fooked to the max. One update killed cellular. One update fixed it but then the phone couldn't remember wifi passwords. Another fixed it but screwed battery life. Sigh!

Please use powerbank reasonably, plenty of bloated internal iphone battery seen.

Get a good powerbank brand and it should be fine
