I am planning to DCA into SyfeEquity100 portfolio. I opened account but I am not able to see what ETFs they have and what ratio.

When you set up the portfolio, you can expand the windows to see which etfs and in what allocation.

Thanks! I see now. I notice, they have become quite conservative in their other portfolios. For example, for the REIT+ with ARI, it is currently 50% into ABF bond which seems quite high.

Also its Global ARI portfolio highest risk has 63% equities while on average it has 90% equities. That means they seem to be very concerned about valuations?

2-3 days. I invested in REIT+ also need 2 days to deloy and update.

Wow, but which day's valuation we get? Is there any kind of transparency like unit trusts? Like if we fund before xx time we get same day end of day valuation? What time of the day they do the actual buy? Yes US market corrected 1.5%, so it makes a difference when they buy.

I don't know about the other portfolios, but for REIT, my standing instruction transfers in the morning (about 7am), and it'll buy on the day itself. Of course the portfolio only updates the day after at 8pm, but you can see in the transaction page on what date the purchase is made.

There is never a good time to start. Just start. Unless you're sitting on a lot of cash right now, deposit weekly/monthly to try to cushion against the short term volatility.

If you were to go with REITs, I think the 100% REITs is the better option. Here is my comparison thread. It's been close to 3 months now, and the 100% REITs has been in the lead for the majority of the weeks I've updated.

Is the portfolio valuation managed just like a unit trust? I mean let's say I have 25 risk global ari portfolio and another person also has same portfolio. If we both don't make any inflow or outflow, will both our portfolio returns match exactly? Or do they manage our portfolios individual and change the allocation differently for different people, based on certain factors?

I have done some checks on my REITS+ portfolio.

1. No transactions is done on 24Dec and 31Dec even if my funds is already in the day before so half day trading day no transactions.
2. Funds that was confirmed received around 8:08am was transacted on same day, funds confirmed received at 11:29am was transacted next day so the cut off is somewhere is between.

Personally I would do 50% SyfeEquity and 50% SyfeREITs.

At least there is some diversification over the long term..
