SYNC ALL CORES

I'm using Maximus Hero with i4670k.. notice a feature call "Sync all cores" in the BIOS. What does it do? better to enable or disable?

this is also a new feature in my RIVE new bios - I will just enable that and OC the clock speed e.g. 46 for all 4-6cores = 4600ghz :o

U can individually set the cores at a different clock speed or have them all sync together as the same clock speed.

You can set it to lowest cores speed for all cores or higher clock speed.

Can be use for overclocking or non-overclocking usage.

What's the recommendation for a non-overclocked 4670K?
