Sync iPhone6 & Ms Outlook 2013 issue

Hello experts out there,

Pardon me if this question has been asked somewhere else.

I was a happy user who synced all my calendar in my iPhone6 to my laptop's MS Outlook 2013 calendar. Recently I may not know what I have done and it starts giving the following:-

1) When I key in a new appt in MS Outlook, I can see it in my iPhone
2) When I key a new calendar in my iPhone, I cannot see it in my MS Outlook on my laptop.

Does anybody know what this noob has done?? Thanks! omar

Just make sure u login the same . As u may have multiple account .

Go to ur outlook on your phone and go to the settings . There is a reset button. Try if it resolve ur problem

However, I did not install Outlook on my iPhone. I am using iPhone's in-built calendar to sync with MS Outlook 2013 on my laptop. omar

Then go to your phone setting and go to the calendar setting and see if the accounts are added and the sync are select to sync all.

Just check on the settings of ur calendar and your outlook setting on desktop

I am not sure about Outlook. But you can also try check under phone setting for calendar,
1 - any sync setting for the calendar like since one month events or 3 days event.

2 - Open your calendar app on the iPhone. at the bottom center there is a "Calendars", click on it, make sure the calendar that you want to see or sync has a "tick" beside it. Else it will not appear on the phone.

3 - Or you can try Close the Calendar app, make sure it also don't run on background. start the app to see if it shows up. Sometimes the calendar sync when first launch (my guess)

Thanks for you suggestions, my sync still fails... however I found out something new that I hope may help in solving my problems... I tested with icloud calendar online using laptop this time to see if everything syncs, here are my results:-

1) Enter new event via iCloud Calendar;
iPhone will see new event but MS Outlook on PC won't

2) If I enter new event via iPhone;
iCloud will see new event but MS Outlook on PC won't

3) If I enter new event via MS Outlook on PC
Both iCloud and iPhone can see new event

I hope you can see my issues, when I am on the move and enter new event on my iPhone, my MS Outlook won't sync... it was working very well previously among all 3 platforms...

Please knock some sense to me anyone? Thanks!

have you tried delete one of the account and re-add or re-set up the calendar account?

I only came across Notes app not updating.. iCloud Notes and iPhone does not have the notes that I added or edited on MBA. Though I see the syncing logo running on the MBA's Notes... End up i have to disable MBA's Notes to iCloud and re-enable able, then all works normal again.
