Can anyone advise how to sync ur Samsung Healthy compatible tracker with Healthy 365 app?

Got a Samsung Gear Fit Pro 2 which I use only when I work out.
Most of the time I use my phone as a tracker.
Everything are recorded well in the Samsung Health app.

But when I turn to Healthy 365 app, it only track the steps I recorded with my phone & not my wearable.

Tried changing tracker but it says "We have detected that the selected tracking mode is already paired to another account. Please choose a different tracking mode."

Anyone encounter similar issue?

DO note that samsung health does not sync MVPA heart rate with healthy 365.

You need to select using samsung health app, the default steps collecting mode, phone or tracker. Once you set it, you can head over to healthy 365. In 365, go to apps at the bottom row, then select samsung health. You will be prompted to log into samsung health and gain access to the data.

There's a workaround to sync your MVPA to Healthy 365 if you use Samsung wearables.

Go to
S Health > Menu (Top Left) > Settings > Select about S health > Tap 10 times on the version number (the grey font) - S health will be in developer mode after this

After that close the app and relaunch the app

Then,

S health > Menu > Setting (the gear logo) > Data permission > Healthy 365 > turn on heart rate.

That's it. :)

thanks! don't seem to work.

I have 7k from my wearable
3k from the phone
total 10k on S Health.

Healthy 365 is still syncing 3k steps.

At Healthy365, change tracker under samsung health can choose your wearable.

You should see your phone and wearable steps

oh. first time see can choose tracker.
though it still don't sync the total steps.

this mean everytime i want H365 to track using wearable, i have to manually switch the wearable first. then later switch back i guess?

I thought why there is a mismatch in my steps between Samsung health and healthy 365. End up got such options....

Any update on this? Has turned on the permission on heart rate data to share with Healthy 365 app, but still not syncing, not sure the problem is on S Health itself, or the Healthy 365 app?

Also has changed the tracker to my Galaxy Watch Active 2, but counter still follow the phone tracker, which has lesser steps.

Healthy 365 cannot sync heart rate information from S Health. So forget about using Samsung trackers. I'm also stuck with the same situation.

As for the steps, I remember there's some settings in S Health for you to choose where it will get step information from.

FYI, not just sync heart rate, but u need to maintain your heart rate level above 100 for at least 10 minutes, they Healthy 365 will capture it.

Why is the Healthy 365 mobile app only recording my steps but not my MVPA duration?
The Healthy 365 mobile app will only register MVPA duration for exercise sessions that last
more than 10 minutes; and at moderate to vigorous level of intensity. Even if you do not qualify
for the MVPA category, the Healthy 365 mobile app will still be able to record your MVPA
duration, with no Healthpoints awarded, as long as you are using a HPB fitness tracker or a
compatible fitness tracker or mobile app that tracks heart rate. Do that that heart rate/MVPA
duration computation will only be available from 27 Oct 2018 onwards. Please ensure that you
have updated the latest version of the Healthy 365 mobile app in order to enjoy the full features
of NSC4.

I just went to Health 365 customer service in Jcube. There was one young knowledgeable gentleman. He said Samsung does not allow heart rate data to be shared with outside app. He said maybe Samsung scared get sued or something. So currently it is not possible for health 365 app to get heart rate data from Samsung Health.

Ya I know that for 365 app cannot sync heart rate. But there's a hack being shared that enables heart rate sync option, but 365 still doesn't sync despite the hack.

Something is wrong with syncing 365 with Samsung Health. Permissions are all allowed but nothing is being synced, zero steps. Tried resetting phone too! Ugh
