Synology DS1813+

Thinking of upgrading my DS1511+ to DS1813+(8 x 4gig).
What will be a good switch and router to go with,
I have AMP cat6 install to all the rooms.
What type configurations do you guys go with.

that will be a nice upgrade.... i would suggest HP 1800/1900 series switch

My house is also wired up with Cat 6 and I am using the HP ProCurve 1810G-24 switch along with the standard supplied SingTel fibre router.

I disabled the wireless function of the supplied router and installed an Apple Airport Extreme router (bridge mode) in a more central area which covers the whole house.

Am still using my old DS411+II NAS.

The set-up has been up for a few years already and its pretty robust. No downtime thus far.
