So I just installed the DS213j and 2x WD Red 3TB HDDs only a week ago and already it's giving me trouble. Ive contacted Synology but I'm also checking forums to see if anyone has encountered my problem as well.
The firmware has been updated, but it's still giving the following problems:
1) Drag-and-drop does not work 95% of the time. Dragging a typical file/folder onto the File Station window has no response unlike before.
2) In the 5% of the time I am able to drop stuff, I get an error of sorts stating: "Please restart web browser to access new features". It doesn't matter if I restart the web browser, the NAS, or the PC, it will always come back with this message.
I'm really starting to get annoyed by this, as usually an error message can be googled, but there's NOTHING out there about this problem.
Any help would be much appreciated.
