Synology NAS QuickConnect not working

hi, a few days ago one of my disk degraded and it's working after repair.
but the quickconnect is not working, i'm not able to connect it from external.

I have restarted the NAS, disable and enable the quickconnect function.

Any ideas what else i can do ?

hmm... why dont you post it to Synology NAS club ?
