Any Experts can advise what possible reason?

It is intermittent failure that I encountered system screen turn blank.

Or

System jam with distorted screen.

Certain time even during Bio Screen also hang.

Please help to advise, thanks~

+1.

sounds like a gpu issue. distorted screen usually is caused from gpu

to confirm this isnt a software issue, u can try to update your driver first

to test and confirm if is hardware failure u can
1. take out ur gpu, connect ur display directly to ur motherboard, use for 10 minutes see if issue occur again. doesnt occur = gpu issue
2. stress test your graphics, see the response of your pc during stress test.

when confirmed just change gpu will do.

if its onboard then it might be the cpu having issue.

did u do anything special before u have this issue?

ie; install applications / update drivers / update windows etc

Could be a dying PSU also. Or, your CPU paste is dried up and it's overheating.

Or your motherboard has failing / bloated capacitors.

- I try to revert to before Window 10 latest features update, problem still exist.
- Before and afternoon Motherboard Firmware update, problem already there.
- I do not use this desktop to play any games.
- Only use it for Excel & Chrome Internet surfing.

Problem exist randomly and no specific timing.

One thing is my Monitor is confirmed defective, have to call Dell for warranty replacement.
But Desktop Computer problem still exist. Haiz...

Few of the possibilities that requires further try. I do not have spare parts to test, Bro Nigel is willing to help me. Need to resolve fast as my Motherboard Warranty going to expire in 2 months time.
