T&K or NOI seafood?

Going there for 1 night. So am wondering which would be more worth the choice? First time to either of these establishments

just went to NOI last week. place is cleaner than T&K.
food wise, we all not feeling well so only ate those grilled and steam items hence unable to comment on taste

Use exit 4 to come out of train station.
Then turn left and walk STRAIGHT all the way to a traffic junction.
Turn left again

correct. walk straight to Pracha Songkhro Road then turn left into Pracha Songkhro Road.
