My tablet is not able to connect to any other WiFi, such as handsets hotspots or public WiFi, except for my house WiFi.

Also noticed that my tablet hotspot is malfunctioning. My laptop and handset were not able to detect my tablet hotspot after activating it.

Anyone has encountered similar problems as mine? Any remedies to resolve?

Do a factory reset.

I have experienced the similar problem (not able to connect to wifi) after the recent system update (if I remembered correctly. it's 2 weeks ago).

I see. After factory reset, did you re-install all the updates again? And the updates re-installation will not lead to the same WiFi problem, as it seems to be due to the updates.

Anyone else can advise? I have done factory reset but the problem persists, all selected network will stay as "saved, secured" but never connects. Only my home wifi can be connected, while others such as my s6 hotspot, wireless@sg, etc will stay as "saved, secured". In the past, it can connect to any wifi without a problem.
