Tablet that can make calls

Apart from Samsung, Apple and Asus, are there any tablets that can make GSM phone calls? Preferrably with 4G and wifi.

Not sure if I have missed out any brands/models in the market.

Not into samsung and apple. Asus as it is only has a 3g version if I am correct.
