Taichung One Day Trip

Hi all, I'm planning a one day trip to Taichung. I was quoted 3600 TWD for a one day cab. Is this price reasonable? Just did a rough plan but places I want to visit include lavender cottage, carton king, Rainbow Military Dependent’s Village and feng Jia night market. Plan is to reach feng Jia at 6pm so I have enough time to shop/eat and take HSR back to Taipei. Is it possible to squeeze in 921 Earthquake museum? Or any other good and cheaper cab drivers that you all can recommend? Thanks!

can try FB this guy but i not sure if his rates would b cheaper than NT $3.6K
