in taichung, go for Ruyi Sunn cake, there were once taiwan champion for sunny cake.

in taipei, go for chia te milk cake, in nanxing sanming station there.

I recently bought the sun biscuits from Sugar & Spice (糖村) and they tasted pretty nice: milky and sweet.
The only downside is their short expiry period of 15 days.

actually if u keep them sealed and not exposed, can last 1 month..
i tried with the milk sun biscuit from chia te.
no mould no fungus
just dun taste as fresh.
