Anyone can recommend a good budget hotel? Good as in location, convenient, near to train station etc. Budget range about 50-70 per night. Currently planning to visit xi men ding and shilin night market.

Try to stand at the main train station. Very convinent for you.

Can try Backpackers Inn, Taipei at http://www.bpitp.com/en/index.php. It located near Taipei Main Station, Ximen Station and the NTU Hospital Station. Not mentioned it is highly affordable.

Unless u dun mind a bit old ones

Try chairman hotel, hope hotel, say love hotel
