My friend gave me an address in Taipei to help him purchase some stuff. But I cannot make out the address. Its my first time to Taipei.

Address: TWN404 TPE SKM FASHION BTQ-03

Anyone can advise?

TPE could be refer to Taipei , SKM could be 新光三越。 the rest I not so sure ardy

He's asking you for a favour.
Shouldn't he tell you properly or find the place for your convenience?

He also not sure the address. Just got it from a receipt he got. Buying some branded bag
