Me going Taipei in Jan 2018. Hope to get cold weather. Last year was good nice weather. This year temperature went up a bit

I was there when it was 38.5degC
Even at 36degC, it was unbearable because their AC is not turned on to cold air and shopping Centres felt warm. It was sweat FTW. Their offices even practiced electricity rationing during working hours. luckily hotels were not affected. Then one week later, electricity outage.
