Host brought us out for dinner. Had dumplings at the Wu Hua Ma Dumpling shop. Free flow of porridge which I didn't take.
Ordered mushroom soup instead. Lots of ginger.

Breakfast in the hotel before the day's business activities.
A mistranslated breakfast item. I feel invincible to eat a virus and have no ill-effects.
Hotel restaurant decor is very nice.
Went out for meeting and presentation. Host knew my taste and brought me to buy this on the go.
and also let me visit my favorite coffee joint in Kaifeng St.

After the business dealings for the next day in Taichung and Changhua, host brought me to Lugang to see the second oldest temple in Taiwan.
A lot of students crowding the place. The "bi yue lu xing" AKA graduation tours. They finish exams, go tour their country.

Got out to the lao jie and found old master selling shaved peanut candy ice-cream. Must order!

Host is a native from Changhua. So bring me here because he also a fan of the film.
Didn't take the picture of the students. The uniform is exactly the same as the movie. Furthermore, he gave a explanation. In Changhua there are 3 high schools. 2 of them are same sex school. All boys and all girls. Only this school is mixed and it is the prestigious school in Changhua. This is before the movie.

Dinner for the night at Mr Tom's at Linkou (or was it Guishan?). I didn't order their beef steak but host cut a huge portion for me to try. It melts in your mouth. Recommended!
I ordered the salmon steak instead.

Next day's activities. Went out for some "free tea" at this place.
Marketing is rather well placed. You come in, they serve you a pineapple tart and tea. Either you like it or filled with guilt, you buy a box. I prefer Chiate actually. Temptation was there to buy theirs too.
