Hi,how much sld I bring for Taiwan for a 10days trip there? I wld b spending abt 4-5days in the countryside n the remaining in Taipei city? Thanks. Is the food n shopping there ex? I heard the hiring of drivers in countryside is ex right?

which countryside u mean? there are so many places, how can we assume.

Some places you got money also cant find transport.

Im planning to go qingjing farm area and taipei? Hw much wld I roughly need for tat for like 10days? Is it the hiring of drivers that's eexpensive

Plan ur itenary/transport/accom first. after that you more or less know how much to bring.

My 14 Jan to 19 Jan to Taipei and Jiayi, I spend S$820 including my airticket of S$250. I stay in hostel and minshu. Most expense spend is on transport cost.

I spent about 560sgd for 2 over 11days, and this includes the food/transport/shopping/sightseeing covering Kenting-Kaohsiung-Alishan-Taichung-Cingjing-Taipei. Mine is a very tight budget...u can work urs out from there.

I did not hire any cabbies, but still transport took up the bulk of my expenses.
