heard my friend say that hualien is a place with mountains and sea/rivers
i wanna go there, find a spot , sit down and just chill . take in the natural scenery...
will be going alone
hows the transportation like? how long from hualien to those places with good natural sights?
if i just fall asleep at a tree someone near the natural sights will police wake me up anot?
how much to budget? transports and accomandation and food. no shopping, including air tix?
