Hi, would like to ask if I were to book the railway tickets online, how do I go about collecting it? Is there a deadline where I have to collect it by? And can I collect it beforehand at another railway station? And is it possible to purchase the tickets on the spot or beforehand at another railway station a 1-2 days before?

* the railway trains that I'm talking about are NOT the high speed ones

If you booked and paid for your TRA tickets online, you will get an authorisation code. And also instructions to print a Ticket Pickup Form for credit card payment. Produce this form at any TRA station anytime before your trip and you will be issued yr tickets.

Pay online via CC at the same time when making the reservation. You'll get a 5% discount for 1 way trip. Dunno how much for both ways.

Anytime before 30min of departure. You can collect at 7-11 and other convenience stores too.

why you all can collect from counter one? they ask me self-service at the machines.

i also booked single trip, unable to book round trip for some reason. apparently, can refund the difference but too lazy since it's minimal.

The counter staff dont like you..

My single trip also collect from counter, that time help another group book round trip they also collect at counter..

i'd prefer to collect from self-service machines if the queue is long for the counters.

No need. BOOKING number n present passport u used to book
I collect mine from counters
