I have just returned from Taiwan for a 6 days 包车trip.
I am not here to share my itinerary, but to provide an avenue for forumers to consider a decent, reliable, responsive and well educated driver cum tour guide.
Andy was referred by a close friend of mine. He does not provide "excellent" services such as having the 葱油饼，mochi awaiting for you as what I have read about in other reviews.
I accepted the fee he quoted without bargaining as it is reasonable to me , and infact slightly lower than another driver whom I first contacted.
Andy is a good match with serious travellers who are prepared to pay for a reasonable fee that commensurate with the service level he rendered.
Bargainers are unlikely to find his fee appealing since there will always be "better" deal in one's opinion.
So PM me for his contact if you think he is the kind of person you would like to entrust your Taiwan trip to.
