Rightfully suppose to phrase out at the end of 2010..Not sure if it's still operating on other lines but for Taipei<->Hualien, left Chu-kuang Express, Tze-Chiang Ltd Express(Normal, Taroko, Puyuma)..

Oh. then what's the diff between the chukuang and tzechiang? :/ price and duration wise...

Chukuang stops more places. But occasionally chukuang can be faster.

What was e issue?

apparently there was some other bookings made with the same pp and a booking no. given (which i didn't know), thus she gave me the booking no, then i can cancel and restart.

but then i did try using other pp and i'm sure i did not progress beyond the booking no. still i encounter same problem but nevertheless since it was resolved, i didn't pursue further.

and the part regarding senior citizen discount..... it was not meant for foreigners.

Preferably if going hualien n back. Seats can be limited during holidays. I prefer taroko express.

Over counter some can allow us to do. But very subjective though. Settled is good.

Book return will have some discount. And yes, recommended to do booking for the eastern part of Taiwan..

but I might not be going back from the same place. i'm going from airport > yilan > wuling farm > hualien > airport so yea.. but okay thanks!
