I stayed at Tango Nanshi all the time.
Very good small boutique hotel.

Just above the metro Zhongshan station which is just 2 stops to Ximen Station and 2 stops to Taipei City hall. Very convenient.

Opp the hotel is a very big xin guang san yue departmental store.

I stayed at tango linsen. Wasn't my choice. Had a suite type of room. Not cheap. Room was very dark. Found a big cockroach on my last night. Breakfast was so-so.

i heard about it ! tango hotel room very dark ._.

was it design flaw or ?

anyway now u mention the cockroach ...............

It's their design and ambience. The room itself is fine. I did not have much issues and quite happy. For the location and comfort I think price is still ok.

Otherwise can check out Cityinn II or III. I stayed there before too.
