hey guys, anyone encounter this error message recently with their purchase? "该宝贝不支持国际转运服务,如果您需要购买,请取消国际转运"

Out of my 7 items, 6 does not support this 国际转运服务, tried to use other sellers but same thing as well(purchase for random items like wrapping papers). What i am puzzled is, i thought i am using a forwarder and it has nothing to do with国际转运 since it will deliver to a China warehouse under 集运.

Help anyone?Thanks!

Got that message - 该宝贝不支持国际转运服务. Disappointed but just cancel the order and shipped the rest . Think got some change in shipping arrangement , even ezbuy also kenna.

Hi all, I'm trying to ship some stuff I bought back in China to Singapore, and am sourcing for a forwarder from Guangzhou to Singapore. Any recommended forwarders? Not sure if Taobao supports such service since I didn't buy any Taobao items? Items I want shipped back is around 10-15kg.

Thanks in advance!

Hi all,

Need your suggestion.

I bought a kitchen accessory( 162元) from World.Taobao but I found out later the shipping is more than twice (359元) the item.
The seller never mentioned the weight of the item. https://item.taobao.com/item.htm?_u=v34jt0tk885b&id=37440466055 and it was my mistake not to check it.

What can I do? How can I request for refund? I’ll pay the domestic fee return.

Thank you for your help.

Just ask the shipper to reject it then it will be sent back. If its not delivered then just file for refund then seller will ask the courier to send it back. If there is a free delivery insurance then u will get afew rmb back when you return the item.

Thank you for the reply.

The item is still in Taobao warehouse, waiting for my payment for the shipping.
I just checked the refund process for Taobao and I have to give a reason for rejection. sigh.http://www.howtotao.com/how-to-request-a-refund-on-taobao/

Buying a mattress 140x70x7 6.5kg at RMB300, which forwarder or agent is better? I am afraid to see shocking delivery cost.

Your best answer is google it. Just type their name then add review behind then you will be

The reviews on the internet doesn’t mean anything. Dexi and ecibai also lot of bad reviews and I continue to use them. SingPost also lot of bad reviews and still lot of people using SingPost. The only thing I know is when is the exact time to avoid them and I know how to estimate the shipping cost. Lot of those bad reviews mostly are “none is my fault. All are forwarders fault”

yup items like 韩式晨光雾面纸 which is wrapping papers for flowers.
Normal stuff
haha i tried to use another forwarder but it doesnt work too :((

I look through what is this "韩式晨光雾面纸" and I think i know why. Taobao is filtering certain keywords for tb integrated shippers. This 韩式晨光雾面纸 accompanies with words "鲜花". Fresh flower of course cannot. I know is very funny but that's the taobao. Another example is i tried to ship toothbrush only, it can't go through tb integrated shipper through. Maybe 牙刷 has the word 牙 so human part cant ship to Singapore. :s13::s13:

There are lot of 3rd parties shippers around. You can get one of your fav shipper and send to them. Then reship it to Singapore.
