How to check who is in-charge or which company is in-charge of item delivery in Singapore?

My items already arrived in SG but don't know how to contact to check when will the delivery guy deliver

How to check who is in-charge or which company is in-charge of item delivery in Singapore?

from the app check delivery status and tracking number, contact CS to find out who is sending, they have the details.
