Tapo app not detecting tapo hub 200.

The smart doorbell, I did the steps right connect the ethernet cable to lan port of router. But still couldn't get it to work, connect or detect. Solution?

h200 common issue,google and you will see ppl complain.
i upgraded to h500, issue solved.
access to doorbell camera also faster.
