they should block buy those flights months in advance .... unless it wasn't possible to immediately carry over from biden-trump transition

civil airliner cost is lower than military plane .... maintenance and fuel

unless creative accounting to push it onto military budget since those pilots need training flight hours anyway

Rubio already said the authorization was cancelled when the flights were already in mid-air.

That means the Columbian authorities already approved it.

They would have known it was a military aircraft, no way they would not before giving approval.
