Hi guys, im back to Sg. One of the places i visited in taiwan is the Taroko Gorge located at Hua Lien county.

Its totally impossible to cover corner to corner via taxi. I allocated 1 full day (830am to 6pm) for this nature attraction.

I borrowed a bike at xin cheng station. Then took a bus ride up to tian xiang bus stop which is right at the top of taroko gorge. From there i started exploring the different trails recommended, with baiyang trail as my first.

Long story short, i completed 4 trails before 5pm. The last hour took a slow walk near the guan yin cave near the exit of the gorge, and climb to the top of "pluck stars" pavillion to chill.

All in all, i spent only sgd20 for this taroko gorge expedition

Which are the 4 trails that you had done?

Ya, agree, one can't explore in a taxis. Scooter is the best option. I believe you have nt disover more. Olny 1 day is not enough. Not the touch n go tour. It was a very beautiful place.

from your reply, obviously it tells me you have not even explore it yourself pal.
1 day not enough if you go via cab. if you ride by bicycle, you can even enter the trail.
