Task Manager for GPU?

Anyone knows of such software for amd gpu? sometimes the activity under amd overdrive spike and fan spin loudly, even though im not playing anything

need to find out EXACT PROGRAM usin GPU

You can try using HWinfo to monitor CPU, GPU temps, usage, RAM usage and VRAM usage as well. You can use that to diagnose if certain programs are causing the spike.

MSI Afterburner. Can also configure the overlay to display whatever stats you want
