Existing bank should be immediate, cos they know that you had redemed loan.

For other banks, they will check if new caveat is updated for your previous property. Else, is a matter for you to show proof.

Makes sense ...my history of loans ( non property) is very high and often...though I can clear I don't want. So wondering
