They rarely reply here, give them a call would be better. And keeping the receipt is always a fail-safe method to prove your purchase unless it has faded over time or you lost it.

In a way, its not a smart alec answer but a reasonable one.

I dont have an actual invoice. Will lazada e-invoice suffice?

Dont need a smart alec answer....

he is actually correct you know.

I did the same and went straight to TD to RMA my stuffs too with my receipt.
Anyway, i will not recommend buying Zotac products. TD takes forever to RMA stuff until i have to get a replacement to use it and sell ZOTAC the moment i received the RMA unit

since you already purchase, just take note of that.

Mod encourges 1 thread for ur issues. If you got 50 issues, u gonna open 50 threads? And it would be easier to view your past history like purchase, etc to better help u.

I bought the same thing

The 1070TI maybe the Korean import but officially brought in by Tech Dynamics

Must registered via that bit.do link found in the 5yr sticker

Use Lazada Invoice. It is an official invoice.

If cannot, elaborate on the error message.

Enjoy the card it us a cheap but good card. :)
