Hi,
I have a PC with i5 750, Intel DP55-WB, 8GB RAM, Windows on SSD. It has built-in LAN and also a LAN PCI-E card. I use to get 800Mbps+ on speedtest.net website using ethernet.

After shifting house, I am only getting 200MBps+ with same PC. When I plug the ethernet to another PC, it is able to hit 800Mbps+.

Things I have tried:
- Connect ethernet to LAN PCI-E card
- Different web browser
- Run speedtest.net in safe mode
- Reset windows

The weird part is I can get 800Mbps+ using speedtest windows app but on the website is 200MBps+

Appreciate your help! Any idea where could the issue be?

Iirc, someone told me that the app is much more optimise compared to the web
