Telcom vouchers

Hi all, just to check how telcom select users for vouchers?

I have a friend A using Starhub $105 2-year plan and he has been receiving $200 vouchers every time when he can re-contract. I also have another friend B using the same Starhub $105 2-year plan and other services. Both of them are loyal customers of Starhub. However, friend B did not get any vouchers at all.

For my case, I have been using Singtel for 6 years and my mobile plans are usually quite high tier alternating between normal combo plan and cis plan. I am wondering is it time for me to change Telcom if there is better promotions.

maybe friend B didn't ask for a voucher? they don't give automatically until you ask. I'm on a Starhub mid-tier postpaid plan and I still got a $100 voucher. also maybe they also look at things like timeliness when paying bills. if friend B is not too consistent on that then they might dock him some points because of it.

I never ask for vouchers. Got 100 for my M plan when was 20th month. I pay my bills on time in full every month

I only know friend A had asked for voucher a few years ago. Then starhub starts to send him voucher when his 2-year contract is about to expire. True, friend B did not ask for voucher. But I always thought friend B uses more starhub service yet did not have the same treatment as friend A.

On the other hand, Singtel only offers $50 voucher to my father as he has never re-contract and still using the cheapest postpaid plan.

I'm on Starhub $105 plan but only got $100 voucher
